But when I was 16 I was benching 265 max at 160 body weight. Now let me get this out of the way many peoples genetics differ and so do our heights and age. Was reading of how a 22 year old male was only benching 205 before. I wanted to get as strong as I could without the use of any other supplements and so I did. I saw SARMS as a way to push my training to the next level and made a promise to myself. I told myself I would never use SARMS until I personally had felt I had hit a plateau. ![]() I highly recommend dosing as low as possible so you have room to go up in the future if you feel you need to.I know I’m going to get a lot of backlash for this comment, but atleast I’m owning up to it. I would have actually dosed 7.5mg but couldn't be bothered to measure out powder / liquid and just found a site that sold 10mg caps. I'm really pissed that my first cycle got interrupted by covid because I feel like the real strength gains were just starting to hit at week 5.5 and probably would have peaked aroind week 6.5 to 8. Before that I was making strength gains every week, but I think that was mostly due to increased calories. At that point the weights from my previous workout started feeling light. I started at 67kg bodyweight and ended at 74kg at week 5.5 when my gym finally closed.Īn important point to note is I started one week after entering a bulk after a 2 month cut, but in general I felt no negative side effects, and I got noticeable strength gains at around week 4.5. I dosed on 10mg for about 5 weeks before gyms closed. As long as i dont get cancer from this shit i find it far superior for many reasons Although so far I recommend just getting some rad140 from science.bio and running that lol. If you plan on doing an actual cycle I'd stick to just test and maybe some anavar. Tren is for very experienced bodybuilders only who want to be the best of the best. It's stupid and harsh af!!!! My body was tight as hell and looked great but after my cycle I was super depressed and anxious for a year which led me to stop working out which made me lose almost all my gains anyway. The only compound which changed my physique better than rad140 was tren. So far a lot less sides (practically none although I'm still early in my cycle and I expect this to change somewhat) and my gains are nice and lean and dry. So far my gains on this compound have been just as good as other anabolics. Well considering how well my rad140 cycle is going so far I will prob just do another rad140 cycle lol. The food thing would benefit me a lot, but like I said, I would probably shed all of that water weight and fat with Diabetes, so I need to look into it a bit more and see if it’s worth it. Seen that recommended by a few people including Greg Doucette. I’ve been thinking of running MK halfway through my cycle so that by the time I come off, my IGF and GH is saturated a bit so that hopefully there’s some anti catabolic properties that’ll kick in when I take PCT. Ranting aside, that sounds like a great idea. Also gave me ridiculous gains in my chest and triceps, while chins made my lats wide as hell. Also, weighted dips were my favorite lift ever and doing those alone brought my bench press from 65 pounds (seriously) to 200 without ever benching a barbell. I’ve already seen good work capacity and MMC improvements from higher rep work. So now that’s what I’m forcing myself to do and hopefully I’ll reap a good amount of mass benefits from it. Don’t get me wrong, adding weight is great, I built up to a chin up with +100 lbs on a dip belt, but my weakness was high rep pulling work because I fucking HATE it. I still do strictly only unweighted variations of pull ups - wide, close grip, rings, archer, supinated, etc. Yep, don’t get me wrong, I’ve seen the results of calisthenics both weighted and unweighted. ![]()
